Elizabeth Anne Davis

Mrs. Elizabeth Anne Davis, age 62 of Rome, passed away on Wednesday May 24th, 2023.


Mrs. Davis was born in Jacksonville, Florida on May 14th, 1961 to the late William Eugene Davis and the late June Matthews Davis. Mrs. Davis was retired from Publix and was of the Baptist faith. She loved to read, work with her flowers, she loved animals, and giving to others. Mrs. Davis was a veteran, having served in the United States Army.


Survivors include her husband, Verlin Dillard; four stepchildren, Samantha Dillard, Joey Dillard, Tonya Wright, and Tammy Baumann; one brother, Terry Matthews; one sister, Sandy Froslan (Stan); niece, Jess Ellerbee; one nephew, Addam Martin; eleven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.


Funeral services will be held on Sunday May 28th, 2023 at 4 PM in the chapel of Reynolds Funeral Home with Rev. Matthew Reynolds officiating.


The family will receive friends on Sunday May 28th from 2 PM until 4 PM at the funeral home.
