Brenda Kay Walraven

Mrs. Brenda Kay Walraven, age 49 of Rome, passed away on Saturday September 9th, 2023, at her residence.

Mrs. Walraven was born on May 18th, 1974, in Hopkinsville, Ky., to the late L.B Rogers and Kay Rogers. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Billy, and Jimmy Rogers. Prior to becoming disabled, she was employed by Circle K Convenience Store. She loved to cook and loved her children and grandchildren. She attended Vanns Valley Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Walraven; one daughter, Breanna Walraven; five sons, Anthony Rogers, Stephen Lewis, Jesse Gregory, Dakota Walraven, and Hunter Walraven; mother, Kay Rogers; one brother, Michael Rogers; six sisters, Betty Rogers, Marilynn Rogers, Judy Rogers, Tina Rogers, Lisa Wells, and Deborah Rogers; six grandchildren, Aubrey, Abrail, Talan, Vevianna, Elliott, and Leland.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday September 14th, 2023, at 6 PM in the Chapel of Reynolds Funeral Home with Rev. Jackson Davis officiating.

The family will receive friends on Thursday September 14th from 5 PM until 6 PM at the funeral home.
