Mr. Daniel Curtis DeGraw

Mr. Daniel "Danny" Curtis DeGraw, age 42, of Shannon, Georgia,  passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at his residence. 

Mr. DeGraw was born in Patterson, New Jersey, on June 5, 1984, a son to April Louise DeGraw. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Curtis DeGraw.  Danny was a simple man who enjoyed the outdoors. If he was walking a path, hiking a trail, fishing in a favorite stream or pond, or just gardening in his yard, he was happiest being outside in nature. His 8 Huskey furbabies were the best buddies he could hope for and he never found an animal he didn't love. He was even known to feed the wild possums in his yard that came to love him as much as he did them! Danny adored the time in his life that he got to spend with his Uncle Bucky and Uncle Dave. When he wasn't outside, he'd be found listening to his rock music (usually his favorite, Ozzy Osbourne) and making memories with his family.

Survivors include his devoted mother, April DeGraw; stepfather, Danny Kiser; grandmother, Beverly DeGraw; two aunts, Connie Thompson and Pat Henderson; three uncles; cousins who he loved dearly; his eight furbabies; extended family and friends.

In accordance with his wishes, Mr. DeGraw was cremated and no further services are scheduled at this time.
