Mrs. Jeannette Louise Nye

Mrs. Jeannette Louise Warner Nye, age 83 of Taylorsville, Ga., passed away on Tuesday, June 10th, 2025 at her residence.

Mrs. Nye was born in Edgerton, Ohio on January 6th, 1942 to the late Walter Richard Warner and the late Lurajean Ensign. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Richard John Nye Sr.; one sister, Judy Schwanke. Prior to her retirement, she was co owner of Nye and Nye Trucking.

Survivors include her two sons, Rick Nye (Lisa) and Jeff Nye (Natalie); two daughters, Kim Myers and Jeaneen Vogler (Jim); 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; one brother, Terry Warner (Susan); one sister, Becky Gipple (Don).

A Celebration of Life will be held on August 16th, 2025 at Cross Pointe City Church in Cartersville from 3 PM until 5 PM. Family and friends are welcome to stop by and celebrate the lives of  Jeannette and Richard Nye.
