Mr. Jerry Wilson Bomar, age 74 of Plainville, Ga., passed away on Thursday, September 4th, 2025, at a local hospital.
Mr. Bomar was born in Ringgold, Georgia on September 4th, 1951, a son of the late Woodrow Wilson Bomar and Edith Hasty Ledford. On July 14, 1970, both Jerry and Lynda were saved, and their lives were changed. Together they joined in the Lord’s Army, ministering to souls through their gospel singing group, Jerry and The Harmony Tones. Jerry was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need and would do whatever it took to get the job done. He was a talented bass player with a style that was unmatched. He attended Lakeview Pentecostal Church.
