Jonathan Edward Dunn

Mr. Jonathan Edward Dunn, age 26 of Rome, passed away on Friday September 8th, 2023.

Jonathan was born in Rome, Ga., on August 8th, 1997, to Jon Dunn and the late Marci Faye Harris Dunn. In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Cecil and Juanita Dunn; maternal grandfather, Kenneth Harris. Jonathan was the life of the party wherever he went. He enjoyed the outdoors, flying, motorcycles, and hanging with his friends. He was a mechanic and was employed with Matt Loyd Auto Service.

Survivors include his father, Jon Dunn of Rome; brother, Zachary Dunn of Rome; maternal grandmother, Sandra Harris; very special friends, Matt and Jacob McAdams, Audrey and Will House, and Matthew Proctor; several cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday September 17th, 2023, at 4 PM at New Antioch Baptist Church, 4553 Calhoun Rd NE Rome, Ga 30161.

The family will receive friends on Sunday September 17th from 2 PM until 4 PM at the church.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in Jonathan’s memory
