Mrs. Kathryn "Kitty" Moore

Kathryn "Kitty" Weston Murdough Moore was born in Peterborough, New Hampshire, on July 30, 1939, to the late William Sr. and Esther Wright Weston. She was the youngest of nine kids. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Aubrey Murdough Sr., and second husband, James Moore Sr., as well as her brothers and sisters: William Jr. "Billy," Forrest, Helen, Sarah, Mary, Marion, Ruth "Ruthie" and two granddaughters, Amanda and Krista. She is survived by her four sons and daughters-in-law: Aubrey Jr., Herbert and Beth, Tony and Gina, Jeff and Suzanne, one sister Dorothy "Dot," and one great friend who is like a sister, Eva Bushee. She is also survived by four grandkids: Patrick, Katelyn, Amelia, Rudyard, and one special boy, Jackson, as well as six great-grandkids: Michael, Henson, Christian, Hannah, Lily, Brynna, and many nieces and nephews.

Kitty worked for many years as a teacher's aid to the late Sandie Page in Brattleboro, Vermont. She was a talented quilt maker, and her beautiful blankets are still loved by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren today. Kitty was very involved in her local church in Fort McCoy, Florida. The family would like to thank Brother Ted Burrell for his support in being Kitty's pastor for so many years.

This is a courtesy post for the family and services will be held in New Hampshire at a later date.
