Ms. Sally Ann Himel

Ms. Sally Ann Himel, age 61 of Rome, passed away on Saturday, August 30th, 2025 at her residence.

Sally was born on July 17th, 1964, in Lutcher, Louisiana, a daughter of the late Percy Victor Himel and the late Joan Stevenson Miller. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by the father of her two children, John Jordan. Sally had a love for plants and flowers and found peace in gardening. Her spirit will forever bloom in the flowers and vegetables that she nurtured.

She is survived by her long time fiancée, Leon Fritz; her two children, Zane Jordan (Amanda) and Kristin Jordan (Joe); one brother, Alex Himel; three sisters, Hazel Coleman (Darin), Judy Himel (Vu) and Pamela Wiltz; seven beautiful grandchildren, Kameron, Joey, Sadie, Claire, Genevieve, Preston and Harvey as well as numerous nephews and nieces.

Sally was cremated and no formal services are planned at this time.
