Mr. Terry Glenn "Hollywood" Miles

Mr. Terry Glenn “Hollywood” Miles, age 57 of Shannon, Ga., passed away on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024, at his residence. 

Mr. Miles was born in Rome, Georgia on September 25th, 1967, to Mrs. Glenda Gail Freeman Miles and the late Mr. Jessie Ray Miles. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, George Freeman, R.W Freeman, and Sally Freeman; paternal grandparents, J.A Miles and Adell Leming Miles; two brothers-in-law, Joe Smith and Phillip Smith; his niece, Kayla Miles. Mr. Miles was a member of New Antioch Baptist church where he was baptized a child. He enjoyed working on his lawnmowers and motorcycles. He liked to work in the yard and tend to his garden and loved to spend time with his grandchildren. 

Survivors include his wife, Angie McGuire of Shannon; one son, T.J Miles of Texas; his mother, Glenda Miles; one daughter, Malena Weeks and her husband Matthew of Cartersville; one step-son, Lance McGuire; one step-daughter, “Luanner” Weathers; special son-in-law, Shawn Weathers; six grandchildren, Lawson, Presley, and Waylon Weeks, Jaxson Weathers, Bo Mitchell, and Dawson Weathers; two brothers, Steve Miles and his wife Jeannie and Tony Miles and his wife Sissy all of Shannon; three sisters, Gail Smith, Darlene Patrick and his twin sister, Sherry Smith; two brothers-in-law, Darrell Sims and Shane Sims; one sister-in-law, Amy Cothran; two special friends, Ray Matthews and Dickie Lee Bennett; nieces and nephews, Anthony Ray Miles Jr., Dylan Ray Miles, Stephanie Miles, Jessica Zimmerman, Amanda Ingram, Charles Smith II, Zack Patrick, Josh Patrick, Jessie Kennedy, Jeffrey Kennedy, and Dustin Smith; great niece and nephew, Riley and Landon. 

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 9th, 2024, from 4 PM until 6 PM at Reynolds Funeral Home. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
