Mr. William Walter Windsor Sr., age 89 of Rome, Ga., formerly of Knightstown, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 9th, 2025.

Mr. Windsor was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 24th, 1935, to the late Howard Eldon Windsor and the late Edna Lorraine Powell Windsor.
